Web browsers that recognize SSL Certificates with EV, i.e. trigger address bar green when connecting to secured site, are considered to be high-security browsers. For instance, Internet Explorer 7 turns the address bar green and displays the name of the organization listed in the certificate as well as the certificate's security vendor. These displays make it easier for web site visitors to quickly establish trust in a web site.
Internet Explorer 7 and 8, Firefox 3, Opera 9.5, Safari 3.2 and Google Chrome are high-security browsers.
