In order to obtain a refund for your SSL certificate please submit a Ticket with us. In the request please provide a Hostvision Order ID and Certificate ID for the product which needs to be cancelled and refunded for.

The 5 days money back period refers to Comodo, RapidSSL and GeoTrust Certificates.

SSL Certificates issued by VeriSign Certificate Authority can be revoked and refunded within 15 days after the issuance.
